教学成果内涵特质与培育机理探析 被引量:4

摘要 教学是教育事业的特有形态与基本载体,教学成果来自教育教学改革、研究与实践探索,通过实践检验证明其实效性,并经转化应用和宣传推广,更好地服务教学育人活动。因而,教学成果既是人才培养体系建设的重要节点,也是教育教学活动成效的集中体现。在教学成果培育发展中,在思想认知、目标导向、实践举措、过程监控与效果评价等方面存在偏离教学成果本源宗旨与运作方式的问题。对此,将教学成果培育作为一项系统工程建设,理顺教学成果培育治理结构体系,明确教学成果培育的价值导向、主体要素和运作机制,不断健全教学成果的生成与运行机理。 Teaching is the unique form of education and the basic carrier,and teaching achievements are derived from education and teaching reform,research and practice exploration.Through the practice test teaching effectiveness is proved,and through the transformation of application and promotion,teaching can better serve education activities.Therefore,teaching achievement is both an important node in the construction of talent training system,and a concentrated embodiment of the effect of education and teaching activities.However,in the process of cultivating and developing teaching results there are some problems that deviate from the original purposes and operation modes of teaching results in the aspects of ideology cognition,goal orientation,practice measures,process monitoring and effect evaluation.In this regard,teaching achievement cultivation should be regarded as a systematic engineering construction;the governance structure system of teaching achievement cultivation should be straightened out;the value orientation,main elements and operation mechanism of teaching achievement cultivation should be defined;and the generation and operation mechanism of teaching achievement should be constantly improved.
