摘要
为了解决传统建筑工程项目建设过程中各参与方分割独立、信息不协同以及效率低的问题,本文借鉴工业产品全生命周期设计和优化的思想,把工程项目决策阶段的开发管理、实施阶段的项目管理以及使用阶段的设施管理,集成为建筑工程项目全生命周期下的集成化管理模式。
In order to solve the problems of independent division,uncoordinated information and low efficiency of the participants in the construction process of traditional construction projects,this paper draws on the idea of the whole life cycle design and optimization of industrial products,and puts forward the development management in the decision-making stage,the project management in the implementation stage and the facility management in the use stage.Integration is an integrated management mode under the whole life cycle of construction projects.
