提篮式钢管混凝土拱桥现浇梁模板加固设计

摘要 本文以丹大快铁潘家坝跨鹤大高速公路简支系杆拱桥主桥为实例,详尽地论述了提篮式钢管混凝土拱桥现浇梁施工的特点及难点,现浇梁底模板及侧模板加固总体方案设计,包括箱梁底模和箱梁侧模荷载及法兰连接等方面的计算以及模板的安装等内容。该工程的施工,积累了丰富的现场实践经验,使工程得以在安全可控的状态中顺利完工。 Taking the Dandong-Dalian High-speed Railway Panjiaba simply-supported tied arch bridge across across Hegang-Dalian Highway as an example,this paper discusses in detail the characteristics and difficulties of cast-in-place beam construction of basket-type concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge,the overall scheme design of cast-in-place beam bottom formwork and side formwork reinforcement,including the calculation of box girder bottom formwork and box girder side formwork load and flange connection and the installation of formwork.The construction of the project has accumulated rich field practical experience,so that the project can be successfully completed in a safe and controllable state.
