一种基于自动推送货物机构的售货机

A Vending Machine Based on Automatic Cargo Pushing Mechanism

现有的履带式自动售货机存在不适合需要制冷或制热的环境、故障率高、履带卫生差等缺点。针对这些问题,本文设计了一款采用间接推动机构,可以降低售货机故障率,提高卫生条件的自动推送式售货机。该售货机由机架、机壳、货物推出机构、XY轴机械手等部分组成,利用X、Y轴机械手,间接控制推送机构往复运动,实现货物的依次出货。XY轴机械手可运输较大的物品,适合冷藏加热的环境,同时设施维修较为简单,故障率低,维修成本低。

Existing crawler vending machines have disadvantages such as unsuitable for environments requiring cooling or heating,high failure rate,and poor crawler hygiene.In view of these problems,this paper designs an automatic push vending machine with indirect push mechanism,which can reduce the failure rate of vending machine and improve the sanitary conditions.The vending machine is composed of frame,shell,goods launch mechanism,XY axis manipulator and other parts.The X and Y axis manipulator is used to indirectly control the reciprocating motion of the push mechanism to realize the sequential delivery of goods.XY axis manipulator can transport larger goods,suitable for refrigeration and heating environment.At the same time,the facility maintenance is relatively simple,the failure rate is low,and the maintenance cost is low.
