摘要
目的探讨孕妇体重指数(BMI)、炎症相关指标及D-二聚体与子痫前期的相关性。方法选取子痫前期孕妇为病例组共80例,选取同期进行孕检的正常孕妇作为对照组共83例,计算两组孕妇BMI,同时检测两组孕妇血清中的C反应蛋白(CRP)、D-二聚体、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞(WBC)的表达水平,登记孕周,并应用Logistic回归、ROC曲线进行分析。结果病例组孕妇BMI、血清CRP水平、D-二聚体水平高于对照组,孕周小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病例组的血清IL-6水平和WBC计数与对照组相比的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);孕期BMI、血清CRP水平预测子痫前期发生风险的曲线下面积(AUC)分别是0.725、0.632。结论孕妇BMI、血清CRP水平、D-二聚体是子痫前期发病的危险因素,且BMI及血清CRP水平对子痫前期的发病有预测价值,可以为早期预测及治疗子痫前期提供依据。
Objective:To investigate the correlation among body mass index(BMI),inflammatory indicators and D-dimer and preeclampsia in pregnant women.Methods:80 cases pregnant women with preeclampsia were selected,and a total of 83 normal pregnant women were selected as control group.The BMI of two groups was calculated,and the expression levels of C reactive protein(CRP),D-dimer,interleukin 6(IL-6)and white blood cell(WBC)in serum of two groups were detected simultaneously;the gestational age was registered in the end..Logistic regression and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve were used to analyze.Results:The BMI,serum CRP and D-dimer level of pregnant women with preeclampsia were higher than those of control group,and registered gestational age was less than the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum IL-6 level and WBC count between the case group and the control group(P>0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)covered that BMIand serum levels of CRP during pregnancy to predict the risk of preeclampsia were 0.725 and 0.632 respectively.Conclusions:BMI,serum level of CRP and D-dimer in pregnant women are the risk factors for preeclampsia,and the BMI and serum CRP levels have predictive value for preeclampsia,which can provide basis for early prediction and treatment of preeclampsia.
