天然橡胶胶乳避孕套微生物检查法适用性研究

Study on Microbial Test Method Applicability of Natural Latex Rubber Condoms

对16个厂家天然橡胶胶乳避孕套进行微生物检查法适用性研究,确立了各厂家产品微生物检查法。结果表明,不同厂家产品对枯草芽孢杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌活性不同;I厂家需氧菌总数需采用1:50平皿法,其余厂家产品需氧菌总数和霉菌及酵母菌计数可采用1:10平皿法;大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌及白色念珠菌均可采用常规法检测;金黄色葡萄球菌可分别采用常规法、稀释法及“中和剂+稀释法”进行检查。

Microbial test method applicability of natural latex rubber condoms from 16 manufacturers were tested and their microbial test method were established in this study.The results showed that the products from different manufacturers had different antibacterial activities against Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus.1:10 Plate method could be used for aerobe and mould and yeast except manufacturer I which adopted 1:50 plate method.Routine method could be used for Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans.Staphylococcus aureus could be tested by routine method,dilution method and"neutralizer+dilution method"respectively.
