摘要
发育性髋关节脱位(DDH)是发病率较高的先天性畸形,被认为是小儿骨科的常见病型,其临床体征为股骨头欠发育和髋臼缺损等。其传统诊断方式为二维CT亦或是CT,但其所获得的诊断信息有限,可能因三维结构重叠导致误诊。三维CT成像(3DCT)是目前DDH最为理想的诊断方式,其可通过三维图像观察髋臼的发育情况,观察股骨近端的异常表现,且能评估股骨头和髋臼的对位关系,明确脱位原因,进而予以对症治疗。文章详细分析3DCT对于DDH定量与定性分析的价值,旨在发挥其对于临床手术的指导价值。
Developmental dislocation of the hip(DDH)is a congenital deformity with a high incidence.It is considered a common type of pediatric orthopedics.Its clinical signs include underdeveloped femoral head and acetabular defect.The traditional diagnosis method is two-dimensional CT or CT,but the diagnostic information obtained is limited,which may cause misdiagnosis due to the overlap of the three-dimensional structure.Three-dimensional CT imaging(3DCT)is currently the most ideal diagnostic method for DDH.It can observe the development of the acetabulum through three-dimensional images,observe the abnormal performance of the proximal femur,and evaluate the alignment relationship between the femoral head and the acetabulum.The cause of dislocation,and then symptomatic treatment.This study will analyze in detail the value of 3DCT for quantitative and qualitative analysis of DDH,aiming to give play to its guiding value for clinical surgery.
