摘要
目的:低剂量CT与常规剂量CT在肺部疾病筛查中的诊断价值对比分析。方法:选择2017年8月~2019年8月于本院进行肺部疾病筛查的体检人员100位,100位体检人员皆分别进行常规剂量肺CT扫描和低剂量肺CT扫描,对比常规剂量肺CT扫描和低剂量CT扫描得到的图像质量、肺结节检出率和患者所受辐射剂量及检查费用。结果:常规剂量肺CT扫描和低剂量CT扫描肺结节检出率、图像质量、检查费用比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。低剂量CT辐射剂量低于常规剂量,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规剂量肺CT扫描与低剂量螺旋肺CT扫描结果中肺结节的检出率相似,但低剂量CT人体所受辐射剂量更小,更适合进行健康人群中肺结节的筛查。
Objective:To compare the diagnostic value of low-dose CT and conventional dose CT in lung disease screening.Methods:From August 2017 to August 2019,100 physical examination personnel who underwent lung disease screening in our hospital were selected.All the 100 physical examination personnel underwent conventional dose lung CT scanning and low-dose lung CT scanning respectively.The image quality,lung nodule detection rate,radiation dose and examination cost of patients were compared between conventional dose lung CT scanning and low-dose CT scanning.Results:There was no significant difference in detection rate,image quality and examination cost between conventional dose CT scan and low-dose CT scan(P>0.05).The radiation dose of low-dose CT was lower than that of conventional dose(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detection rate of pulmonary nodules in conventional lung CT scanning and low-dose spiral CT scanning is similar,but the radiation dose of low-dose CT is smaller,which is more suitable for screening pulmonary nodules in healthy people.
