彩色超声多普勒诊断鉴别甲状腺良恶性结节的价值

摘要 目的:分析研究在甲状腺良恶性结节中应用彩色超声多普勒检查的价值。方法:选择2018年12月~2020年1月本院收治的110例甲状腺良恶性结节患者为研究对象,对其实施彩色超声多普勒诊断检查,对彩色超声多普勒与手术病理检查结果进行对比研究,分析良恶性结节的血流动力学指标参数。结果:在彩色多普勒超声检查中,良性结节诊出率为92.06%(58/63);恶性结节的诊出率为85.11%(40/47)。在血流动力学指标方面,良性结节的RI、PSV指标高于恶性结节,SDV指标低于恶性结节,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对甲状腺良恶性结节应用彩色超声多普勒诊断检查,诊出率较高。 Objective:To analyze and study the value of color Doppler ultrasonography in benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Methods:110 patients with benign and malignant thyroid nodules in our hospital from December 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research object,and color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic examination was performed on them.The results of color Doppler ultrasound and surgical pathology examination were compared,and the hemodynamic index parameters of benign and malignant thyroid nodules were analyzed.Results:In color Doppler ultrasound examination,the diagnosis rate of benign nodules was 92.06%(58/63).The diagnosis rate of malignant nodules was 85.11%(40/47).In terms of hemodynamic indexes,RI and PSV indexes of benign nodules are higher than those of malignant nodules,and SDV indexes are lower than those of malignant nodules,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules has a high diagnostic rate.
