异位妊娠患者接受腹部彩超与阴道彩超在诊断中的应用价值对比分析

Comparative Analysis of the Application Value of Abdominal Color Doppler Ultrasound and Vaginal Color Cltrasound in the Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的:探究异位妊娠诊断中腹部彩超与阴道彩超的应用价值。方法:随机选出2019年1月~2020年1月本院收治的异位妊娠疑似患者150例为研究对象,150例患者均接受腹部彩超和阴道彩超检查,以手术病理检查结果为标准,就两种检查结果的准确率、误诊率进行对比,评价腹部彩超和阴道彩超检查的应用价值。结果:手术病例检查结果显示,150例患者中异位妊娠患者有142例。阴道彩超检查结果有140例确诊,无漏诊,误诊2例,诊断准确率为98.59%,腹部彩超检查结果有127例确诊,漏诊2例,误诊13例,诊断准确率为89.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阴道彩超在异位妊娠患者诊断中具有更高的诊断准确率。

Objective:To explore the application value of mid-abdominal color Doppler ultrasound and vaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:150 patients with suspected ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly selected as the research subjects.All 150 patients received abdominal color Doppler ultrasound and vaginal color Doppler ultrasound examination.The former was set as a control group.The patients were set as the research group,and the accuracy and misdiagnosis rate of the two groups were compared with the surgical pathological examination results as the standard to evaluate its application value.Results:The examination results of surgical cases showed that 142 of the 150 patients were ectopic pregnancy.In the study group,140 cases were confirmed,no missed diagnosis,2 cases of misdiagnosis,the diagnosis accuracy rate was 98.59%,and the control group had 127 cases confirmed,2 cases of missed diagnosis,13 cases of misdiagnosis,the diagnosis accuracy rate was 89.43%,and the difference was statistically significant.Academic significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vaginal color Doppler ultrasound has a higher diagnostic accuracy rate in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
