无创机械通气联合雾化吸入对老年慢阻肺伴呼吸衰竭患者的治疗价值评估

Evaluation of the Therapeutic Value of Non-Invasive Mechanical Ventilation Combined with Nebulized Inhalation in Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Respiratory Failure

目的:探讨无创机械通气联合雾化吸入对老年慢阻肺伴呼衰的治疗价值。方法:选择本院100例2017年1月~2019年1月老年慢阻肺伴呼吸衰竭患者。根据随机数字表法分组,对照组实施无创机械通气治疗,观察组则实施无创机械通气联合雾化吸入治疗。比较效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组呼吸困难症状消失时间、血气分析指标恢复正常时间、总住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血气指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无创机械通气联合雾化吸入治疗老年慢阻肺伴呼吸衰竭患者效果确切。

Objective:To explore the value of non-invasive mechanical ventilation combined with nebulization in the treatment of elderly chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure.Methods:100 elderly patients with COPD with respiratory failure from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected in our hospital.According to the random number table method,the control group was treated with non-invasive mechanical ventilation,and the observation group was treated with non-invasive mechanical ventilation combined with nebulizing inhalation.Compare effects.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of disappearance of dyspnea symptoms,the time of blood gas analysis index returning to normal,and the total length of hospital stay were shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The blood gas index of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Non-invasive mechanical ventilation combined with nebulization inhalation is effective in treating elderly patients with COPD with respiratory failure.
