两种负压吸引器在终止早期妊娠中的临床效果对比研究

Comparative Study on the Clinical Effect of Two Kinds of Negative Pressure Suction Devices in Termination of Early Pregnancy

目的:对比分析手动负压吸引器和电动负压吸引器两种负压吸引器在终止早期妊娠中的临床应用价值。方法:选取2018年2月~2020年2月在本院接受人工流产术的孕妇120例为研究对象,依据随机数字表法,随机将研究对象分为对照组和观察组(每组60例),对照组给予电动负压吸宫术,观察组给予手动负压吸宫术,对比两组孕妇的完全流产率及VAS评分。结果:观察组孕妇的完全流产率(63.33%)明显高于对照组(20.00%),观察组孕妇的VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手动负压吸宫术应用于终止早期妊娠中,完全流产率较高,且孕妇疼痛感较轻,值得借鉴。

Objective:To compare and analyze the clinical application value of manual negative pressure suction device and electric negative pressure suction device in termination of early pregnancy.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2020,120 pregnant women who received artificial abortion in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the research objects were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the experimental group(60 cases in each group).The control group was given electric negative pressure aspiration and the experimental group was given manual negative pressure aspiration.The rate of complete abortion and VAS score were compared between the two groups.Results:The complete abortion rate of pregnant women in the experimental group(63.33%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(20.00%),and the VAS score of pregnant women in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of manual negative pressure suction in the termination of early pregnancy has a high rate of complete abortion,and the pain of pregnant women is less,which is worth learning.
