Vector超声治疗仪与Gracey刮治器治疗牙周炎的对比观察

Comparison of Vector Ultrasonic Therapy Instrument and Gracey Curettage Instrument in the Treatment of Periodontitis

目的:评价牙周炎疾病患者行Vector超声治疗仪、Gracey刮治器治疗的预后效果,为牙周炎治疗提供参考。方法:选择本院口腔科的112例牙周炎患者,结合治疗方法分组(随机法)。对照组56例行Gracey刮治器治疗,观察组56例行Vector超声治疗仪治疗,比较2组牙周炎患者治疗效果以及牙周袋深度(PD)、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)改善情况。结果:治疗前,2组牙周炎患者PD、PLI、GI指标水平差异无显著性,P>0.05。治疗后对比治疗前PD、PLI、GI指标水平改善且观察组改善显著,治疗总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:予以牙周炎疾病患者Vector超声治疗仪治疗可以进一步促进患者牙菌斑清除,治疗预后效果良好。

Objective:To evaluate the prognosis of patients with periodontitis treated by Vector ultrasonic therapy instrument and Gracey curettage instrument.Methods:112 patients with periodontitis in stomatology department of our hospital were divided into two groups according to the treatment method(random method).56 cases in the control group were treated with Gracey curettage device,56 cases in the observation group were treated with Vector ultrasonic therapy device.The therapeutic effect and the improvement of periodontal pocket depth(PD),plaque index(PLI)and gingival index(GI)were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in PD,PLI and GI between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,PD,PLI and GI indexes were improved significantly in the observation group,and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of Vector ultrasonic therapy instrument for periodontitis patients can further promote the removal of plaque and have a good prognosis.
