基于塔型进阶的大学生专业课程体系建设策略分析

高校作为人才培养的主要场所,肩负着为国家培养优质人才的责任和使命。目前高校在专业课程体系建设方面还存在着一定的问题。“树人”是我国高等教育的任务,提升学生的专业技能和高等能力是高校教学工作的重要内容。高等教育必须要以提升学生的高等能力为侧重点开展教学工作。而“能力进阶”理念正是目前新形势下培养学生专业能力的重要手段,为优化高校课程体系,培养学生的专业能力有着非常重要的作用。大学生在成长的各个阶段都有着不同的高等能力发展需求,要针对学生的高等能力发展需求来构建课程。文章分析了基于塔型进阶的大学生专业课程体系建设的必要性,指出了具体的完善内容,提出了保障措施。

As the main place for talent training,colleges and universities shoulder the responsibility and mission of cultivating high-quality talents for the country.However,colleges and universities still have certain problems in the construction of professional curriculum system."Fostering people"is the task of higher education in our country,and improving students'professional skills and higher abilities is an important content of the teaching work of colleges and universities.Therefore,higher education must focus on improving students'higher abilities to carry out teaching work.The concept of"advanced ability"is an important means of cultivating students'professional ability under the current new situation.In order to optimize the curriculum system of colleges and universities,cultivating students'professional ability plays a very important role.College students have different advanced ability development at each stage of growth.Therefore,it is necessary to construct the curriculum according to the students’higher ability development needs.At present,the professional courses of colleges and universities mainly include the content of service,research and innovation and training,and gradually form a"tower-type advanced"curriculum system.This article first analyzes the necessity of building a professional curriculum system for college students based on the tower type,then points out the specific perfect content,and finally puts forward safeguard measures,hoping to improve the current teaching system construction and export high-quality talents to the country.
