疏水易清洁氟碳面漆的研制及性能研究

摘要 以氟碳树脂为基料,制备疏水氟碳面漆。研究了二硫化钼、碳化硅填料、硅类助剂、聚四氟乙烯加量对涂层水接触角的影响气相二氧化硅加量对涂料贮存稳定性的影响、不同NCO/OH比例对涂层机械性能的影响以及配套涂层的性能。结果表明,二硫化钼、石墨、钛白粉、聚四氟乙烯的填料组合,涂层的水接触角明显优于碳化硅、石墨、钛白粉、聚四氟乙烯的填料组合,聚四氟乙烯加量提高时可以有限地提高水接触角,考虑成本及性能的同时,选取代号为S5为硅类添加剂,制备的涂层疏水清洁性能优异,与中间漆具有优异的匹配性。 The fluorocarbon resin is used as coating base material to prepare a hydrophobic fluorocarbon topcoat.The effects of molybdenum disulfide,silicon carbide fillers,silicon additives and polytetrafluoroethylene on the water contact angle performance of the coating,the effect of the amount of fumed silica on the storage stability of the coating,and the effect of different NCO/OH mole ratio on the physical and mechanical properties of the coating are investigated,meanwhile,the performance of the synergic coating is studied.It is found that the water contact angle of the coating based on the filler combination of molybdenum disulfide,graphite,titanium dioxide and polytetrafluoroethylene is significantly better than that of coating based on the filler combination of silicon carbide,graphite,titanium dioxide and polytetrafluoroethylene.When the amount of PTFE is increased,the water contact angle performance can be improved to a limited extent.Based on the cost and performance,S5 is selected as a silicon additive.The prepared coating shows excellent hydrophobic and easily-cleaning performance and excellent compatibility with the intercoat.
