On the Change of Constitutional Education Mode on Teenagers in the New Era

立足青少年宪法教育的时代场域,社会、文化、媒介三个领域对青少年宪法教育产生着多重影响。青少年宪法教育应从权利与义务教育、文本到行为教育、知识向思辨教育三个维度进行突破,推动青少年宪法教育向“自为”“在为”和“省为”的模式转变。

Taking era as the basis of constitutional education on teenagers,we find,the three fields,including the society,culture,and media,show several influences on constitutional education on teenagers.When conducting the education,we should make innovations in the three dimensions including education on right and duty,education from text to behaviors,and education from knowledge to speculation.Furthermore,we should change constitutional education mode through“self-serving”,“being serving”,and“provincial serving”.
