异化劳动理论是《1844年经济学哲学手稿》的重要组成部分。马克思基于时代诉求,扬弃了黑格尔、费尔巴哈的异化思想,总结出异化劳动的四重规定性,即劳动者与其劳动产品的异化,劳动者与劳动活动的异化,劳动者与他的类本质的异化,人与人之间的相互异化。深入研究马克思异化劳动理论的缘起,考察发掘其在现实社会的时代价值,有助于我们深入学习领会新时代中国特色社会主义思想,从而积极投身实践,促进自我全面发展,实现人与自然和谐共生。

The Theory on Alienated Labor is an important part of“Manuscript of Economics and Philosophy in 1844”.Taking era demand as basis,Marx sublated Hegel’s and Feuerbach’s thoughts on alienated labor and concluded four regulations,including alienation of laborers and their products,alienation of laborers and labor activities,alienation of labors and their quasi essence,and alienation between man and man.We should conduct further study on the source of Marx’s theory on alienated labor and develop its era value to contemporary society,which will be helpful for us to understand the Thought of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era,so as to conduct active practice,improve overall self-development,and realize harmonious co-existence between man and the nature.
