日本劳动教育的主要特点及其启示

On the Main Features of the Labor Education in Japan and Its Enlightenment

日本历来非常重视劳动教育,通过健全法律法规、设置专门的劳动课程、鼓励学生亲身实践、落实总结反思评价制度等举措,建立起系统完备的劳动教育体系。现阶段,我国劳动教育存在劳动教育体系尚未健全、劳动教育理念亟待提升、劳动教育价值认知不足等问题。需要汲取和借鉴日本劳动教育的优点,学校、家庭、社会三方形成合力,共同助力青少年形成劳动意识,养成劳动习惯。

Labor education is always attached with importance in Japan.The systematic and complete labor education system is established through the following measures including perfecting law and regulations,setting specific labor courses,encouraging students’practice,conducting conclusion,reflection,and assessment,etc.Currently,there are still some disadvantages in labor education in China including imperfect labor education system,ideas on labor education urgently needing improving,insufficient recognition on the value of labor education,etc.To strengthen labor education in China,we need to refer to and absorb the advantages of Japanese labor education,and combine schools,families,and the society to form a joint force,so as to jointly promote teenagers to form correct ideas on labor education and good habits to labor.
