总结肖承悰教授治疗产后缺乳的临证经验及用药特色。认为脾胃虚弱、气血亏虚、肝郁气滞为产后缺乳的主要病机,"虚"与"郁"常相兼并见;临证治疗重视脾、胃、肝三脏,以"补化源而兼通利"为主要治则,以加味谷神增乳汤为基础方,随症化裁。

This paper summarizes the clinical experience and medication characteristics of Professor XIAO Chengzong in treating postpartum hypogalactia.It is believed that weakness of the spleen and stomach,depletion of qi and blood,and liver constraint and qi stagnation are the main pathogenesis of postpartum hypogalactia,and"deficiency"and"constraint"are often combined.In clinical practice,spleen,stomach and liver are of major concerns;"supplementing the source of the production,unblocking and draining"is taken as the main treatment principle;Jiawei Gushen Zengru Decoction(加味谷神增乳汤)is recommended as the basic formula and can be modified based on syndrome differentiation.
