高仲山疫病证治心法对新型冠状病毒肺炎防治的启示

On the Prevention and Treatment of Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19):Enlightenment from GAO Zhongshan′s Experience and Theories of Epidemic Diseases

基于新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)的病因病机和临床特点,借鉴高仲山广义伏邪与体质结合防治疫病理论,认为新冠肺炎属中医学"湿毒疫"范畴,新冠肺炎疫毒往往与湿、热、瘀搏结难解,故治疗提倡高仲山"孤邪"论,并为重型患者疫毒闭肺、肺肠同病者和闭窍、动风患者提供系列治疗方案;同时总结高仲山饮食宜忌相关论述,优化新冠肺炎患者治疗和"瘥后防复"的饮食策略,以期为疫病防控提供思路。

Considering the etiology,pathogenesis and clinical characteristics of the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),and referring to Dr.GAO Zhongshan′s theory of combining latent pathogen and constitution to prevent and treat epidemic diseases,it is believed that COVID-19 belongs to the category of"dampness toxin epidemics"in traditional Chinese medicine,and is usually entangled with dampness,heat and stasis which make it difficult to deal with.Therefore,the"solitary pathogen"theory put forward by professor GAO is recommended in treating COVID-19,and a series of treatment regimen are provided to the severe patients with epidemic toxin blocking the lung pattern,disease of both lung and intestine pattern,blocking of orifices and stirring wind pattern.Simultaneously,Dr.GAO′s experience of diet prescriptions and its applications and contradictions are summarized to optimize the treatment strategy of COVID-19 and the diet regimen to"prevent the recurrence after convalescence",in order to provide references for prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemics.
