2016—2019年中医药临床指南引文和证据类型分析

Citations and Evidence Types in Clinical Guidelines of Traditional Chinese Medicine:an Analysis of Data from 2016 to 2019

目的分析2016—2019年中医药临床指南引文和推荐意见的证据类型及特征。方法采用主题词与自由词结合的检索方式,分别检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、重庆维普网、中国生物医学文献服务系统在2016年1月至2019年12月发表的中医药临床指南。提取中医药临床指南基本信息,统计分析中医药临床指南的引文、推荐意见及证据来源情况。结果共纳入42篇中医药临床指南,共有引文1604条,中医药临床指南年均发表量为10.5篇,平均引文量为每篇38.2条;共有786条推荐意见,但仅有1篇指南根据独立版块的方式报告了推荐意见;推荐意见证据来源根据文献类型和研究类型共分为13种,使用频次前5位的证据类型分别为随机对照试验(740篇)、系统评价/Meta分析(104篇)、病例系列(86篇)、书籍(61篇)、传统综述(51篇)。结论2016—2019年中医药临床指南引文量较少,指南推荐意见位置不明晰,推荐意见的证据类型繁杂且有待进一步规范。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of the citations and the types of evidence supporting the recommendations in the clinical guidelines of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods MESH in combination with entry words searching was used to search databases including CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and Sinomed for clinical guidelines of TCM published from January 2016 to December 2019.The basic information of the TCM guidelines were extracted;the citations,recommendations and sources of evidence were statistically analyzed.Results A total of 42 TCM guidelines involving 1604 citations were included.The annual publication volume of TCM guidelines was at an average of 10.5,and the average citation volume per guideline was 38.2.There were 786 recommendations involved,but only one TCM guideline provided the recommendations in an independent section.The evidence in support of the recommendations can be classified into 13 types according to the literature types and research types,and the top five frequently used evidence types were randomized controlled trials(n=740),systematic reviews/meta analysis(n=104),case series(n=86),books(n=61)and reviews(n=51).Conclusion Regarding the TCM guidelines published from 2016 to 2019,the number of citations in the guidelines is small;the location of the recommendations is not clear,and the types of evidence in support of the recommendations are complex and need to be further standardized.
