老年患者食管枣核嵌顿并发症的危险因素分析

The risk factors of esophageal jujube pit impaction in elderly patients

[目的]探讨老年(年龄≥60岁)食管枣核嵌顿患者并发症的危险因素。[方法]回顾性分析入院就医的130例老年食管枣核嵌顿患者的临床资料。用χ~2检验及二元Logistic回归分析老年患者并发症及食管穿孔的危险因素。[结果]二元Logistic回归分析显示:嵌顿时间、枣核长度、糖尿病是老年患者并发食管穿孔的独立危险因素。[结论]误服食管枣核后要尽早就医治疗,尤其是患有糖尿病、枣核长度>3 cm的老年患者。

[Objective]To investigate the risk factors of complications of esophageal jujube pit impaction in elderly patients.[Methods]The clinical data of 130inpatients for esophageal jujube pit impaction from January 2017to January 2020were retrospectively analyzed.Chi-square test and binary logistic regression were used to analyze the risk factors of total complications and esophageal perforation in elderly patients.[Results]Incarcerated time and jujube pit length were independent risk factors of complications in elderly patients.Incarceration time,jujube pit length,and diabetes were independent risk factors for esophageal perforation in elderly patients.[Conclusion]After taking the esophageal jujube pit by mistake,you should seek medical treatment as soon as possible,especially for elderly patients with diabetes and who have mistaken jujube pit exceeding 3cm in length.
