重庆市各区县(自治县)、四川省各市(州)人民政府,重庆市政府和四川省政府各部门、各直属机构,有关单位:为深入贯彻习近平总书记关于推动成渝地区双城经济圈建设的重要讲话精神,全面落实成渝地区双城经济圈建设规划纲要,协同推动川渝两地更深层次改革,实行更高水平开放,经两省市政府同意,现提出如下指导意见。
