超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光疗法联合医用功能性敷料治疗面部皮肤光老化的效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨并分析用超脉冲二氧化碳(CO_(2))点阵激光疗法联合医用功能性敷料治疗面部皮肤光老化的效果。方法:选择近年来佛山市三水区疾病防治所接诊的188例面部皮肤光老化患者作为研究对象。采用超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光疗法联合医用功能性敷料对这些患者进行治疗,然后观察其临床疗效、不良反应的发生率及预后不良的发生率。结果:这188例患者治疗的总有效率为82.98%,其中Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型、Ⅳ型面部皮肤光老化患者治疗的总有效率分别为81.70%、85.71%、77.78%、75.00%。治疗后,这188例患者不良反应的发生率和预后不良的发生率均为1.06%。结论:用超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光疗法联合医用功能性敷料治疗面部皮肤光老化的效果显著,能有效地改善患者面部皮肤的光泽、细腻度等,且其不良反应和预后不良的发生率均较低,治疗的安全性较高。 Objective:To investigate and analyze the effect of super pulse carbon dioxide(CO_(2))lattice laser therapy combined with medical functional dressings in the treatment of facial skin photoaging.Methods:188 cases of facial skin photoaging patients were selected as the research subjects.These patients were treated with ultra-pulsed CO_(2) matrix laser therapy combined with functional dressings,and the clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,and incidence of poor prognosis were observed.Results:The total effective rate of 188 patients was 82.98%,in which the total effective rate ofⅠtype,para-type,epigastric type and impecid type facial skin photoaging patients were 81.70%,85.71%,77.78%,75.00%,respectively.After treatment,the incidence of adverse events and poor prognosis in the 188 patients was 1.06%.Conclusion:Ultrapulse CO_(2) matrix laser therapy combined with medical functional dressings in the treatment of facial skin photoaging has significant effects,can effectively improve the luster and fineness of patients’facial skin,and the incidence of adverse reactions and poor p rognosis is low,and the safety of treatment is high.
