腹膜前间隙无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的效果

Effect of tension-free hernia repair in preperitoneal space for inguinal hernia

目的:探讨使用腹膜前间隙无张力疝修补术对腹股沟疝患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法:将2018年8月至2019年8月在陆丰市潭西镇卫生院进行治疗的94例腹股沟疝患者随机分为对照组和观察组。使用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术对对照组患者进行治疗。使用腹膜前间隙无张力疝修补术对观察组患者进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者的各项临床指标、视觉模拟评分法的评分及术后并发症的发生情况。结果:观察组患者术中的出血量少于对照组患者,P<0.05。观察组患者术毕至首次排气的时间、术毕至首次下床活动的时间及住院的时间均短于对照组患者,P<0.05。术后3 d、5 d及7 d,观察组患者视觉模拟评分法的评分均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。观察组患者术后并发症的总发生率低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:与使用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术相比,使用腹膜前间隙无张力疝修补术进行治疗的腹股沟疝患者术中的出血量较少,术后疼痛感较轻,术后并发症的发生率较低,住院的时间较短。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of tension-free hernia repair in the preperitoneal space in the treatment of inguinal hernia patients.METHODS:A total of 94 patients with inguinal hernia who received treatment in Tanxi Town Health Center of Lufeng City from August 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Patients in control group were treated with hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair.The observation group was treated with tension-free hernia repair of the preperitoneal space.Then,the clinical indicators,visual analogue scoring and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The amount of intraoperative blood loss in observation group was less than control group(P<0.05).The time from operation to the first exhaust,the time from operation to the first activity out of bed and the hospitalization time in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05.At 3,5 and 7 days after operation,the scores of visual analogue scale in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:inguinal hernia patients treated with preperitoneal space tension-free hernia repair have less intraoperative blood loss,less postoperative pain,a lower incidence of postoperative complications,and a shorter hospital stay than those treated with hernia ring filling tensi on-free hernia repair.
