维生素AD联合细菌溶解产物胶囊对支气管哮喘患儿的疗效及免疫功能的影响

Efficacy of vitamin AD combined with bacterial lysate capsules on children with bronchial asthma and its influence on immune function

目的研究维生素AD联合细菌溶解产物胶囊对支气管哮喘患儿的疗效及免疫功能的影响。方法选择2019年10月~2021年1月收治的200例支气管哮喘患儿,随机分为两组。对照组服用维生素AD滴剂;观察组在维生素AD滴剂的基础上,联用细菌溶解产物胶囊。检测两组患儿的血清免疫球蛋白、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)和IL-5水平。结果观察组的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的血清IgM、IgA和IgG水平明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组的血清IgM、IgA和IgG水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的血清IFN-γ水平明显升高(P<0.05),血清IL-4以及IL-5水平明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组血清IL-4、IFN-γ和IL-5水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论维生素AD联合细菌溶解产物胶囊能明显改善支气管哮喘患儿的免疫功能,增强疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect of vitamin AD combined with bacterial lysate capsules on children with bronchial asthma and its influence on immune function.Methods 200 cases of patients with bronchial asthma who were treated in our hospital from October 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into two groups randomly.The control group took vitamin AD drops;the observation group was given vitamin AD drops in combination with Bacterial lysate capsules.Detect the levels of serum immunoglobulin,interleukin-4(IL-4),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and IL-5 in the two groups of children.Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum IgM,IgA and IgG levels of the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum IgM,IgA and IgG levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum IFN-γlevels of the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum IL-4 and IL-5 levels were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the observation group's serum IL-4,IFN-γand IL-5 level was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitamin AD combined with Bacterial lysate capsules can significantly improve the lung ventilation function and immune function of children with bronchial asthma,and enhance the curative effect.
