县级中医医院药事管理及药事服务能力提升实践及思考

Practice and reflection on the improvement of pharmacy administration and pharmacy service ability in County-level TCM hospitals

目的探讨县级中医医院药事管理存在的不足,探索药事管理及药事服务能力提升策略。方法以阆中市中医医院为例,对县级中医医院药事管理和药事服务面临的常见问题及改进措施进行探讨。结果县级中医医院药事管理主要在组织机构、规章制度、硬件设施、人员素质及信息建设方面存在短板,需要对症施策,持续改进。结论县级中医医院以问题为导向,持续改进,可明显提升药事管理与药事服务能力。

Objective To explore the shortcomings of drug administration in county-level hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and to explore strategies for improving drug administration and service ability.Methods Taking langzhong Hospital of TCM as an example,the common problems and improvement measures faced by county-level hospital of TCM were discussed.Results The drug management in county-level hospitals of TCM mainly has shortcomings in the aspects of organization,rules and regulations,hardware facilities,personnel quality and information construction,which need to adopt appropriate measures and continuous improvement.Conclusion The problem-oriented and continuous improvement of county-level TCM hospitals can significantly improve the ability of drug administration and drug service.
