间苯三酚联合奥布卡因在宫腔镜术前宫颈预处理中的临床效果

Clinical effect of phloroglucinol combined with oxybuprocaine in cervical pretreatment before hysteroscopy

目的探讨间苯三酚联合奥布卡因在宫腔镜术前检查中对宫颈预处理的影响。方法选取接受宫腔镜治疗手术的患者80例,分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予奥布卡因,观察组给予奥布卡因+间苯三酚,对两组患者的检查时间、宫颈软化情况、疼痛、不良反应等指标进行观察并比较。结果观察组宫腔镜检查时间明显短于对照组,宫颈软化程度高于对照组,疼痛程度低于对照组,不良反应发生率小于对照组,且差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论间苯三酚联合奥布卡因能够有效地提高患者宫颈的软化程度,缩短检查时间,减轻疼痛,降低不良反应。

Objective To investigate the effect of phloroglucinol combined with obucaine on cervical pretreatment in hysteroscopy.Methods 80 patients with hysteroscopic surgery were selected and divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given oxybuprocaine,and the observation group was given oxybuprocaine+phloroglucinol.The examination time,cervical softening,pain and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The hysteroscopic examination time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the degree of cervical softening was higher than that of the control group,the degree of pain was lower than that of the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Phloroglucinol combined with oxybuprocaine can effectively improve the degree of cervical softening,shorten the examination time,relieve pain and reduce adverse reactions.
