PT、GLU、尿蛋白在2型糖尿病患者并发症中的诊断意义

摘要 目的探究凝血酶原时间(PT)、尿蛋白及尿糖(GLU)在2型糖尿病患者并发症中的诊断意义。方法选择2016年2月~2019年2月接受治疗的96例2型糖尿病患者为试验组,另选取同期接受体格检查的90例健康个体为对照组,对两组患者实施PT、尿蛋白及GLU检测并进行组间对比,而后将试验组患者按照是否存在并发症将其分为合并血管病变组(26例)、合并糖尿病肾病组(30例)和无并发症组(40例),对比两组患者PT、尿蛋白及GLU水平,并就PT、尿蛋白和GLU的相关性进行分析。结果对比显示,试验组患者PT低于对照组患者,尿蛋白及GLU明显高于对照组(P<0.05);合并血管病变组患者及合并糖尿病肾病组患者其PT水平低于无并发症组(P<0.05),合并糖尿病肾病组患者尿蛋白水平明显高于合并血管病变组及无并发症组(P<0.05),合并糖尿病肾病组患者及合并血管病变组患者GLU水平明显高于无并发症组患者(P<0.05);相关性分析显示,PT与尿蛋白和GLU呈负相关(r=-0.625,r=-0.553,P<0.05),尿蛋白与GLU呈正相关(r=0.669,P<0.05)。结论PT、尿蛋白及GLU对2型糖尿病并发症具有较好的预测意义,通过对上述指标的检测可以对2型糖尿病患者实施提前干预,以改善2型糖尿病患者预后。 Objective To explore the diagnostic significance of prothrombin time(PT),urinary protein and urine sugar(GLU)in the complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients.Methods 96 patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2019 were selected as the experimental group,and 90 healthy individuals who underwent physical examination in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group.PT,urinary protein and GLU were measured and compared between the two groups.The experimental group was divided into three groups according to whether there were complications:vascular disease group(26 cases),diabetic nephropathy group(30 cases)and non-complications group(40 cases).The levels of PT,urinary protein and GLU were compared between the two groups,and analyze the correlation between PT,urine protein and GLU.Results Compared with the control group,PT in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,urinary protein and GLU in the experimental group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,PT level in the patients with vascular disease and diabetic nephropathy was lower than that in the patients without complications(P<0.05).The levels of urinary protein in patients with urinary disease nephropathy were significantly higher than those in patients with vascular disease and without complications(P<0.05).The levels of GLU in patients with diabetic nephropathy and with vascular disease were significantly higher than those in patients without complications(P<0.05);The correlation analysis showed that PT was negatively correlated with urinary protein and GLU(r=-0.625,r=-0.553,P<0.05).Urine protein is positively correlated with GLU(r=0.669,P<0.05).Conclusion PT,urinary protein and GLU have a good predictive significance for the complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus,and the detection of these indicators can provide early intervention for type 2 diabetes mellitus in order to improve the prognosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
