Construction and application of evaluation model for smart drug supervision platform

目的针对当下智慧药品监管平台发展的具体情况,构建了智慧药品监管平台评价研究模型,以此探究智慧药品监管平台的完善水平和未来方向,更好地推动我国药品信息化监管的发展。方法通过对影响智慧药品监管平台完善水平的各个因素的分析,建立了智慧药品监管平台评价指标体系,采用基于模糊群策法和多指标分析法构建了智慧药品监管平台评价研究模型。结果根据文献研究和调研结果,构建了智慧药品监管平台评价研究模型,并经实例验证了评价模型的可行性。结论通过构建科学合理的评价指标体系,基于模糊群决策建立的评价研究模型能够对智慧药品监管平台的完善水平进行科学、有效的评价,对智慧药品监管平台的完善水平的提高和我国药品信息化监管的发展具有重大意义。

Objective Aiming at the specific situation of the development of smart drug regulatory platform at present, an evaluation research model of smart drug regulatory platform was constructed to explore the perfection level and future direction of smart drug regulatory platform, so as to better promote the development of China′s drug information regulatory.Methods The evaluation index system of the smart drug regulatory platform was established by analyzing various factors that affect the perfection of the smart drug regulatory platform, and the evaluation research model of the smart drug regulatory platform was constructed by using the fuzzy group strategy method and the multi-index analysis method.Results According to the literature research and research results, the evaluation research model of smart drug regulatory platform was constructed, and the feasibility of the evaluation model was verified by an example.Conclusion By establishing a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system and an evaluation research model based on fuzzy group decision making, we can scientifically and effectively evaluate the perfection level of the intelligent drug regulatory platform, which is of great significance to the improvement of the perfection level of the intelligent drug regulatory platform and the development of China′s drug information regulatory system.
