目的骨形态发生蛋白(bone morphogenetic protein,BMP)是转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)超家族成员之一,不仅可以诱导骨形成,最新的研究表明其在脂肪的形成和分化中也发挥重要作用。方法棕色脂肪是一种通过消耗能量产热的脂肪,能维持动物的体温和能量平衡,作为治疗肥胖的潜在靶点近年来越来越受到关注。结果鉴于肥胖与代谢和心血管疾病之间的密切联系,研究棕色脂肪功能和BMP途径变得越来越重要。结论本文作者就棕色脂肪相关的BMP进行综述,优先参考过去十年发表的国内外文章,阐述BMP在棕色脂肪生物学中的重要性,为治疗肥胖和相关代谢性疾病提供新的思路。

Objective Bone morphogenetic protein(BMP)is one of the members of transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)superfamily, which can not only induce bone formation, but also play an important role in fat formation and differentiation according to the latest research.Methods Brown adipose can produce heat through consumption and can maintain the body temperature and energy balance of animals.As a potential target for obesity treatment, it has attracted more and more attention in recent years.Results In view of the close relationship between obesity and metabolism and cardiovascular diseases, it is becoming more and more important to study brown adipose function and BMP pathway.Conclusion This article reviews BMP related to brown adipose, and gives priority to domestic and foreign articles published in the past ten years to explain the importance of BMP in brown adipose biology, providing new ideas for the treatment of obesity and related metabolic diseases.
