The discussion of planning method that interactive theory promoting high quality development for industrial parks

从互动理论视角出发,结合高质量发展的内在要求,以张家界翠谷产业园为例,从外向性互动与内向性互动两个方面分析了促进园区高质量发展的相关举措和规划手法。其中,外向性方面主要包括协同外部整体产业链、充分利用市场资源、精准定位产业发展方向、融入区域发展格局、形成良好的产城互动关系;内向性方面主要包括耦合产业发展、构建优质生态体系、设置适地路网、布局工业邻里中心。

To achieve the requirement of high quliaty development from the prespective of interactive theory,by analysing a case study of Zhangjiajie Cuigu industrial parks with two aspects which are extrovertive interaction and introvertive interaction to improve high quliaty development with relevant measures and planning methods.In particular,extroversion is consisted of cooperating with entirety external industrial chain,taking full advantage of market resources,precising positioning of industrial development direction,integrating into regional development pattern,establishing a good interactive relationship between industry and city,in addition,introversion aspect including evoluting composite industry,setting up high grade ecological system,constructing appropriate road net,distrbuting industrial neighborhood center.
