摘要
知识经济时代,创新无处不在,新技术层出不穷,建筑工程施工技术原有缺陷和不足也将逐步得以解决,被新技术所替代。泥浆护壁桩基工程施工,现有技术泥浆采取人工手动补给,泥浆指标靠人工反复测定,一定程度上,影响了桩基施工进度,也存在较大的施工安全隐患,通过测定泥浆的压力变化值替代泥浆比重变化情况,联动泥浆泵,实现桩基施工泥浆的自动补给,从而实现泥浆护壁桩基工程的智能施工。
In current times featuring knowledge economy,innovation is ubiquitous and new technology keeps coming out.Many traditional construction techniques with inherent deficiency and disadvantage has been replaced by new ones.For current piling works with mud as wall protection,mud is supplied manually and the indicator for mud is frequently measured manually,which affects the speed and poses potential safety risk.This thesis deals with a new technique.The mud pressure is measured instead of its specific gravity,and the result is conveyed to mud pump in real time,hence the mud can be automatically supplied and smart piling with mud as wall protection is achieved.
