土木工程本科生全程导师制人才培养模式探索

Exploration on talent cultivation mode based on undergraduate full tutorial system in civil engineering

党的十八大以来,教育工作受到高度重视,本科教育既是高等教育的主体部分,也是现阶段教育改革中最不容忽视的一部分。本科全程导师制模式是中国矿业大学(北京)在总结了多年的教学经验下,根据该校教学工作的实际情况而提出的一套人才培养模式。结合实践经验,对导师制培养的内涵,立体式培养模式的探索,对土木工程专业的学生进行学业规划,创新思维的培养,以及疫情下土木工程专业本科生导师制的实施情况进行了分析研究,并对本科生全程导师制的发展给出了一些对策及建议。

Since the 18th CPC National Congress,great importance has been attached to education,as undergraduate education is the main body of high education,but also an essential part of education reform at present.The undergraduate full tutorial system is a new developed talent cultivation model with the teaching experience of China University of Mining and Technology(Beijing)for several years and integration of own advantages.Besides,with the integration of practice experience of myself,it has exploration on the connotation of tutorial system model and three-dimensional cultivation model,makes analysis and research on academic plan of students in civil engineering,cultivation of innovative thinking,and practice of undergraduate tutorial system in civil engineering under epidemic situation,and also puts forward some advice and solutions for the development and expansion of undergraduate full tutorial system.
