基于FLAC3D的采区煤仓开挖对围岩稳定性影响规律研究 被引量:3

摘要 以鲍店煤矿七采区新建3#煤仓为研究对象,结合采区煤仓高地应力、泥岩围岩地质条件,运用FLAC3D软件,通过数值计算对比分析,对不同直径开挖过程中围岩应力赋存状态、塑性区厚度、仓壁表面位移等重要参数进行可视化分析,根据计算结果得出煤仓直径的大小对周围岩石和巷道的影响规律。最后通过对计算结果中的应力分布规律、仓壁围岩变形特征和塑性区发育厚度进行稳定性分析,最终确定煤仓的大小,为后序支护参数设计及施工提供理论依据。 Taking Baodian coal mine No.7 mining area of the new 3 coal bunker as the research object,combined with the high ground stress of coal bunker and geological conditions of mudstone surrounding rock, using FLAC3D software, through the comparative analysis of numerical calculation, the stress occurrence state of surrounding rock, thickness of plastic zone, displacement of silo wall surface and other important parameters in the excavation process of different diameters are visually analyzed.According to the calculation results, the influence of coal bunker diameter on surrounding rock and roadway is obtained. Finally, through the stability analysis of stress distribution law, wall rock deformation characteristics and plastic zone development thickness in the calculation results, the size of coal bunker is finally determined, which provides theoretical basis for the design and construction of subsequent support parameters.
