千米垂深保护层开采条件下沿空留巷充填技术的应用 被引量:1

Application of Goaf Retaining Roadway Filling Technology under Mining Condition of Kilometers Vertical Depth Protective Layer

摘要 针对平煤股份十二矿三水平千米垂深开采保护层卸压消突的技术难题,提出了己14煤层作为保护层进行无煤柱开采,己15、己16-17煤层进行卸压解放的开采技术路线。依据现场地质条件,分析了保护层开采技术原理、卸压范围、回采工艺、沿空巷充填技术,提出了有效的综合抽采瓦斯和治理方案,研究了保护层开采关键技术和沿空留巷充填支护技术的实施措施。通过在三水平东翼5个己14保护层工作面的开采,共解放安全煤量362万t,回采煤量307.7万t,平均推进71 m/月,最高推进92 m/月,实现了被保护煤层的安全、高效回采;同时,采用沿空留巷支护技术,降低了掘支费用,减少了工作面人员的投入。 Aimed at the technical problem of pressure relief and outrush elimination of protective layer mined at 3 horizontal meters vertical depth in No.12 mine of Pingmei coal Co., Ltd. the technical route of pressure relief and relief for coal seam VI14 as protective layer without coal pillar and coal seam VI15,VI16-17 for pessure relief and liberation mining is put forward. According to the field geological conditions, the mining technology principle of the protective layer, the pressure relief range, the mining technology and the filling technology along the goaf are analyzed, the effective comprehensive gas extraction and treatment scheme are put forward, and the key technology of the protective layer mining and the implementation measures of the filling support technology along the goaf are studied. Through mining in the working face of five VI14 protective layers on the east wing of the third level, a total of3.62 million tons of safe coal has been liberated and 3.077 million tons of coal has been recovered. The average monthly advance is 71 m and the maximum advance is 92 m, realizing the safe and efficient mining of the protected coal seam. At the same time, the goaf retaining roadway support technology is adopted to reduce the tunneling cost and reduce the input of working face personnel.
