摘要
结合桥式转载机的使用要求,对转载机桁架的材料选择、焊接工艺及热处理要求进行分析。确定使用Q550方形管,采用保护气体配比为80%Ar+20%CO2的MAG混合气体保护焊,焊丝使用ER70-G的气体保护焊焊丝,焊丝直径φ1.2 mm。经过工业性试验,确定了方案的合理性和可行性。
Combined with the use of the bridge stage loader which demands, the trusses of the stage loader which the metallic selection of materials, welding technology and heat treatment condition were analyzed. Determined by analysis using Q550 steel square tube, the use of protective gas ratio of 80%Ar +20% CO2 MAG mixed gas protection welding, the welding wire using ER70-G, welding wire diameter φ1.2 mm. Through the industrial test, the rationality and feasibility of the scheme was confirmed.
