极近距离煤层(EBZ-220)掘进机拐弯开切眼支护与施工技术探讨

Discussion on Support and Construction Technology of Roadheader Turning pen-off cut in Extremely Short Distance Coal Seam(EBZ-220)

本文针对极近距离煤层下掘进机拐弯掘切眼支护空间大的难题,提出了近距离煤层采空区下“组合钢性结构”的大断面支护方案。成功的实现了掘进机组90°转弯掘切眼,有效的解决了顶板漏顶问题,保证了安全高效生产。

Aiming at the problem of large support space of roadheader turning cut in extremely close coal seam,this paper puts forward a large section support scheme of"composite steel structure"in goaf of close coal seam.It realizes the 90°turning cutting of tunneling unit,effectively solves the problem of roof leakage,and ensures the safe and efficient production.
