民族传统节庆体育旅游开发SWOT分析——以湘西州为例

SWOT Analysis on Development of Traditional Festival Sports Tourism——A Case Study of Xiangxi Prefecture

运用文献资料法和SWOT分析法对湘西州民族传统节庆体育旅游开发的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁进行深入分析。发现湘西州民族传统节庆体育旅游开发具有特色的民族体育项目、丰富的旅游资源、政策优势等;劣势包括专业人才缺乏、旅游市场秩序不规范、基础设施不完善等;需要抓住的机遇有经济发展、交通发展机遇等;面临的威胁有行业竞争激烈、体育旅游资源开发与保护矛盾的威胁、生态环境污染威胁等。提出保持优势,发展体育旅游、弱化劣势,提高体育旅游开发、抓住机遇,打造湘西特色体育旅游、应对威胁,优化旅游环境等。

This paper analyzes the strength,weakness,opportunities and threats of the development of traditional sports tourism in Xiangxi Prefecture by using the methods of literature and SWOT analysis.It is found that the development of traditional festival sports tourism in Xiangxi holds the strength of characterized sports,rich tourism resources and policy advantages.Disadvantages include lack of professional talents,irregular tourism market order and imperfect infrastructure.Opportunities to be grasped include economic development and traffic development opportunities.The threats are fierce competition in the industry,development of sports tourism resources and the threat from protection contradiction and ecological environment pollution.It is proposed to maintain advantages--develop sports tourism,weaken disadvantages--improve sports tourism development,seize opportunities--create sports tourism with Xiangxi characteristics,and deal with threats--optimize tourism environment.
