高校体育工作协同管理机制研究

Study on the Cooperative Management Mechanism of Colleges Sport

基于高校体育各管理要数分散的特点,阐述了高校体育工作实施协同管理的基本特征,分析了高校体育工作实施协同管理,有助于整合教学资源,理顺管理体系,提升管理水平和效能。并提出了高校体育工作协同管理路径,即以立德树人统领高校体育工作协同管理机制模式创新;以破解高校体育工作改革瓶颈为工作中心;以高校体育工作协同管理组织结构优化为抓手;以“管、教、学、练四维一体”为协作模式。

Based on the characteristics of the scattered management of college sports,this paper expounds the basic characteristics of the implementation of collaborative management of college sports,analyzes on the implementation of collaborative management of college sports,which is conducive to the integration of teaching resources,rationalization of management system,and improvement of management level and efficiency.It also puts forward the path of collaborative management of university sports work,that is,to innovate the mechanism of collaborative management of university sports work under the leadership of moral education;to solve the bottleneck of university sports work reform as the work center;to optimize the organizational structure of collaborative management of university sports work as the starting point;to apply the collaboration of"management,teach,learn and practice"as the collaborative mode.
