探初学者羽毛球正手高远球“逆向教程”教学模式 被引量:2

摘要 高远球的技术动作划分六个阶段,依据其技术特点,“逆向教程”教学以“球拍击球-迎球挥拍-架拍”为切入点,以初学者打到球激发其乐趣和成就感为目的,树立“先上手再优化再标准”的教学思路,将“球拍击球”技术教学放在首位,正拍面手指手腕发力技巧先找准打到球,再加大挥拍幅度和速度的迎球挥拍-引拍的完整技术的优化及标准化教学。构建与技术相结合的训练和相匹配的知识点,解决学生自主学练瓶颈问题;发挥“双循环”教学平台和评价功能的作用,培养羽毛球兴趣为终身体育锻炼服务。 The technical movement of deep high stroke is divided into six stages.According to its technical characteristics,the"reverse course"takes"hitting the ball with the racket-follow through-setting the racket"as the starting point,aiming at arousing the beginner’s pleasure and sense of achievement when he hits the ball;sets up the teaching thought of"hit-optimize-standardize",puts the technical teaching of"racket hitting ball"in the first place.The specific method is to use the high ball face,the use of fingers and wrists skills to hit the ball first,and then increase the swing range and speed.To solve the bottleneck problem of students’autonomous learning and practice,we should build the knowledge points which are combined with technology and matched with training.The"double cycle"teaching platform and evaluation function should be used to cultivate students’interest in badminton and serve for lifelong sports.
