摘要
运动促进人体健康的研究一直是研究的热点。从研究机制上分类,学者们研究主要分为心理机制和生理机制两种路径,在生理机制层面上,研究者通过探究BDNF协同其他神经营养因子和激素调节身体功能的作用机制取得了一些重要成果,这些研究对于在生理层面上解释运动如何促进人体健康来说非常重要,使运动促进人体健康有了客观的科学依据,研究发现,BDNF在运动和促进人体健康方面起到了关键的中介作用,但是对于影响BDNF水平的运动的强度、类型、持续时间、运动环境等方面的研究还有待进一步深入和补充,该综述旨在分析运动基于BDNF促进人体健康相关研究的现状、主要成果及探究未来这一领域的发展方向。
Research on the promotion of human health by exercise has always been the focus.From the classification of research mechanism,scholars’research is mainly divided into two paths:psychological mechanism and physiological mechanism.At the level of physiological mechanism,researchers have made some important achievements by exploring the mechanism of BDNF cooperating with other neurotrophic factors or hormones in regulating body function.These studies are very important to explain how exercise promotes human health at the physiological level.There is an objective scientific basis for exercise to promote human health.The study found that BDNF plays a key intermediary role in exercise and promoting human health,but the research on the intensity,type,duration and environment of exercise that affect the level of BDNF needs to be further deepened and supplemented.The purpose of this review is to analyze the current situation and main achievements of the research on the promotion of human health based on BDNF and to explore the development direction of this field in the future.
