少数民族地区校园篮球现状及发展对策研究——以莫力达瓦达斡尔族自治旗为例

A Study on the Current Situation and Development Countermeasures of Campus Basketball in Minority Ethnic Areas——A Case Study of Molidawa Daur Autonomous Banner

目前,篮球已经成为最受欢迎、最受追捧的体育运动之一,是校园体育文化的重要组成。莫旗(莫力达瓦达斡尔族自治旗)地区开展的校园篮球运动受到民族传统文化和经济水平影响较大,本文发现、分析莫旗校园篮球发展中的问题,寻找解决方法,为未来校园篮球运动的发展提供有益参考,从而带动家乡校园篮球文化发展。运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法等研究方法,以莫旗校园的领导、老师、学生为研究对象展开研究。研究结果得知,莫旗校园篮球发展中所存在主要问题为:政策比较少,校园资金投入比较少,篮球赛事少且缺乏规范性,教师结构单一,具有专业篮球知识和技术的体育老师较少,学生本身作业和补课压力大等问题。建议少数民族地区应结合当地风俗节庆和民族传统,建立特色学校,加强体育教师队伍的优化建设,积极组织篮球赛,丰富体育文化,促进大众体育发展,促进校园文化、民族文化、篮球文化更好的发展。

At present,basketball has become one of the most popular sports and an important part of campus sports culture.The campus basketball in Molidawa Daur Autonomous Banner is greatly affected by the national traditional culture and economic level,so the purpose of this study is to find and analyze the problems in the development of campus basketball in the Banner,and to find solutions,so as to provide a useful reference for the future development of campus basketball to promote the development of campus basketball culture in hometown.With the methods of literature review,interview and questionnaire survey,the study takes the leaders,teachers and students of the Banner campus as the research objects.The results show that the main problems in the development of campus basketball are as follows:there is a lack of policy and investment;basketball matches are few and lack of standardization;the structure of teachers is single,and there are few PE teachers with professional basketball knowledge and technology;the pressure of students’homework and make-up lessons is great.According to the problems,minority areas should establish relevant sports management departments,establish characteristic schools in combination with local customs and national traditions,strengthen the optimization of the construction of physical education teachers,actively organize basketball games,enrich the diversity of sports culture,and promote the better development of mass sports,campus culture,national culture and basketball culture.
