摘要 利用胶质芽孢杆菌(B.M菌)淋洗石煤提钒尾渣中重金属V和Cu,研究不同初始pH、溶氧量、蔗糖添加量、淋洗时间等因素对胶质芽孢杆菌淋洗尾渣中金属钒和铜的影响。研究结果表明:在初始pH为5~7时,V和Cu淋出率随初始pH的增加而提高,摇床转速为150~170 r/min时有利于尾渣中V和Cu的淋出;在初始pH为7、摇床转速为170 r/min、蔗糖添加量为20 g/L的条件下,B.M菌淋洗尾渣10 d时,V和Cu淋出率分别达到67.32%和83.67%,说明B.M菌可有效淋洗石煤提钒尾渣中重金属。B.M菌及其代谢产物可破坏尾渣矿物结构,有效释放重金属元素。 The toxic metals V and Cu in vanadium tailings from stone coal were leached by Bacillus mucilaginosus(B.M.bacteria).The effects of different initial pH,dissolved oxygen,amount of sucrose added,leaching time and other factors on the leaching of metal vanadium and copper in the tailings of Bacillus mucilaginosus were studied.The results show that when the initial pH is 5−7,the leaching rates of V and Cu increase with the increase of initial pH.When the shake speed is 150−170 r/min,it is conductive to the leaching of V and Cu in the tailings.Under the conditions of initial pH of 7,the shaker speed of 170 r/min and the sucrose addition amount of 20 g/L,after 10 days of leaching tailings of B.M bacteria,the leaching rates of V and Cu reach 67.32%and 83.67%respectively.It is shown that B.M bacteria can effectively dissolve vanadium and copper in the tailings of vanadium extraction from stone coal.The B.M bacteria and their metabolites can destroy the mineral structure of tailings and effectively release heavy metals.
