三维重建技术在非典型骨软骨瘤CT影像诊断中的价值研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨三维重建技术在非典型骨软骨瘤CT影像诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2016年8月~2018年2月医院放射科接诊的52例骨软骨瘤患者的影像资料,随机选取26例非典型骨软骨瘤患者为实验组,其余26例骨软骨瘤患者为对照组,诊断小组分别进行CT断层影像和三维重建影像的诊断,应用SPSS19.0软件对影像诊断分值和诊断准确率分别进行Wilcoxon秩和检验和χ^(2)检验,分析影像诊断结果的差异性。结果:应用Wilcoxon秩和检验分析CT断层影像和三维重建影像的诊断分值,统计结果分别为P=0.001和P=0.157,应用χ^(2)检验分析CT断层影像和三维重建影像的诊断准确率,统计结果分别为P=0.048和P=0.442。结论:三维重建技术有效地提高了非典型骨软骨瘤的影像诊断效果,其影像诊断分值和诊断准确率明显提高,具有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective:To investigate the value of the three-dimensional reconstruction in the CT imaging diagnosis of atypical osteochondroma.Methods:52 patients diagnosed with osteochondroma from August 2016 to February 2018 were analyzed retrospectively.26 cases of atypical osteochondroma were selected randomly as the experimental group,and the other 26 cases of osteochondroma were the control group.CT tomography and the three-dimensional reconstruction were performed respectively to make a diagnosis.Wilcoxon rank sum test and chi square test were used to analysis the difference of image diagnosis score and diagnostic accuracy between these two groups.Results:The Wilcoxon rank sum test was used to analyze the diagnostic scores of CT tomographic images and 3D reconstructed images.The statistical results were P=0.001 and P=0.157,respectively.Theχ^(2) test was used to analyze the diagnostic accuracy of CT tomographic images and 3D reconstructed images,and the statistical results were Respectively P=0.048 and P=0.442.Conclusion:Three-dimensional reconstruction improved the diagnostic value and accuracy of the atypical osteochondroma,and then improved the image diagnosis effect of atypical osteochondroma effectively.Generally,it has a higher clinical value.
