探讨颅骨缺损行三维钛板颅骨修补的最佳时机

To Explore the Best Time to Repair Skull Defect with Three-Dimensional Titanium Plate

目的:探讨分析颅骨缺损行三维钛板颅骨修补的最佳时机。方法:选取于2016年1月~2019年12月内本院收治的行颅骨修补手术患者30例,按照随机筛选的方法将患者分为晚期组(15例,选择术后3个月进行手术)和早期组(15例,选择在术后6周进行手术),分析对比两组患者的生活能力恢复以及并发症发生率、患者对治疗时期选择满意度。结果:早期组在术后6周进行三维钛板颅骨修补之后,相关的生活能力恢复程度与并发症发生率、患者对治疗时期时期选择满意度数据对比均优于晚期组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:颅骨缺损行三维钛板颅骨修补的时期十分重要,及早的进行手术对于患者的生活能力恢复程度有着极大的促进作用,同时也能极大地减少相关并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore and analyze the best time of three-dimensional titanium plate skull repair for skull defect.Methods:30 patients who underwent skull repair surgery in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected.According to the method of random selection,the patients were divided into late group(15 cases,3 months after operation)and early group(15 cases,6 weeks after operation),analyze and compare the recovery of life ability and the incidence of complications of the two groups of patients,and the satisfaction of patients with the choice of treatment period.Results:After the 3D titanium plate skull repair 6 weeks after the operation,the recovery degree of living ability and the incidence of complications,patient satisfaction with treatment period selection in the early group were better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The period of three-dimensional titanium plate skull repair for skull defect is very important.Early operation can greatly promote the recovery of patients’living ability and reduce the incidence of related complications.
