腹腔镜治疗急性胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔的疗效分析

Analysis of the Effect of Laparoscopy in the Treatment of Acute Gastroduodenal Ulcer Perforation

目的:针对急性胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者实施腹腔镜治疗产生的治疗效果展开研究和分析。方法:研究时间从2018年10月~2019年10月,研究对象共计纳入110例,均为本院收治的急性胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者,利用单双号分组的方式将其平均分组,其中参照组中纳入55例患者,并接受常规治疗方法,实验组中同样纳入55例患者,并接受腹腔镜治疗方法,针对两组治疗结果进行对比。结果:对比各项手术相关指标,实验组明显低于参照组,P<0.05;对比并发症发生率,实验组较参照组更低,P<0.05,存在统计学意义。结论:利用腹腔镜治疗急性胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔不但能够促进临床治疗效果的改善,同时还可有效降低并发症发生率,值得进一步研究应用。

Objective:To study and analyze the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic treatment in patients with acute gastroduodenal ulcer perforation.Methods:The study period was from October 2018 to October 2019.A total of 110 patients were enrolled in the study,all of whom were patients with acute gastroduodenal ulcer perforation admitted to this hospital.They were equally divided into groups using odd and even numbers.Among them,55 patients were included in the reference group and received conventional treatment methods,and 55 patients were also included in the experimental group and received laparoscopic treatment methods.The treatment results of the two groups were compared.Results:Comparing various operation-related indicators,the experimental group was significantly lower than the reference group,P<0.05;Comparing the incidence of complications,the experimental group was significantly lower than the reference group,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion:The use of laparoscopy in the treatment of acute gastroduodenal ulcer perforation can not only improve the clinical treatment effect,but also effectively reduce the incidence of complications.It is worthy of further research and application.
