观察腹腔镜阑尾炎切除术治疗阑尾炎的临床治疗效果

Observe the Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Laparoscopic Appendicitis Resection in the Treatment of Appendicitis

目的:讨论腹腔镜阑尾炎切除术治疗阑尾炎的临床治疗效果。方法:随机取外科收治的100例阑尾炎患者进行分析,研究在2017年3月~2020年4月进行,在医生充分说明下患者自愿选择治疗方案,并按差异分组,对照组开腹手术治疗,观察组腹腔镜手术治疗,对比两组的手术指标和并发症。结果:观察组手术时间、出血量、排气时间、住院时间分别是(42.53±4.22)min、(21.64±4.27)mL、(13.82±2.44)h、(4.13±0.63)d,数据比对照组低,t=19.6032,12.7871,27.4061,17.3298,P<0.05;观察组与对照组并发症发生率分别是2%(1例)、14%(7例),组间差异性显著,χ^(2)=5.9829,P<0.05。结论:腹腔镜阑尾炎切除术用于阑尾炎治疗具有创伤小、恢复快等优势,手术安全可靠,并发症少。

Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of laparoscopic appendicitis in the treatment of appendicitis.Methods:100 surgical patients with appendicitis were randomly selected for analysis.The study was conducted from March 2017 to April 2020.The patients voluntarily selected treatment plans under the full instructions of the doctors and were grouped according to differences.The control group was treated with open surgery.The observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery,and the surgical indicators and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time,bleeding volume,exhaust time,and hospitalization time of the observation group were(42.53±4.22)min,(21.64±4.27)mL,(13.82±2.44)h,and(4.13±0.63)d,respectively,the data is lower than the control group,t=19.6032,12.7871,27.4061,17.3298,P<0.05;the incidence of complications in the observation group and control group was 2%(1 case)and 14%(7 cases),respectively.The difference between the groups was significant,χ^(2)=5.9829,P<0.05.Conclusion:Laparoscopic appendicitis resection for the treatment of appendicitis has the advantages of small trauma and quick recovery.The operation is safe and reliable,with few complications.
