摘要
目的:探讨低温等离子射频消融术治疗儿童鼾症的疗效及对通气功能的影响。方法:选择本院2019年1月~2019年8月收治的儿童鼾症患者84例,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组采用腺样体刮除术及扁桃体剥离术治疗,观察组采用低温等离子射频消融术治疗,比较两组术后3个月通气功能改善情况及疗效。结果:术前,两组患儿AHI、ODI、LAT及LSaO_(2)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3个月,两组患儿AHI、ODI、LAT均降低,LSaO_(2)均升高(P<0.05);观察组患儿术后3个月AHI、ODI、LAT均低于对照组,LSaO_(2)高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率(97.62%)高于对照组(80.95%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低温等离子射频消融术可显著改善儿童鼾症患者通气功能,临床疗效满意。
Objective:To investigate the effect of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation on snoring in children and its influence on ventilation function.Methods:84 cases of children snoring in our hospital from January 2019 to August 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with adenoidectomy and tonsillectomy,and the observation group was treated with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation.Results:Before operation,there was no significant difference in AHI,ODI,LAT and LSaO_(2) between the two groups(P>0.05);At 3 months after operation,AHI,ODI,LAT of the two groups were decreased,and LSaO_(2) were increased(P<0.05);At 3 months after operation,AHI,ODI,LAT of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and LSaO_(2) was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the observation group(97.62%)was higher than that of the control group(80.95%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation can significantly improve the ventilation function of children with snoring,the clinical effect is satisfactory.
