分析离子色谱检测仪测定生活饮用水中亚硝酸盐氮的效果

The Effect of Ion Chromatographic Detector on the Determination of Nitrite Nitrogen in Drinking Water was Analyzed

目的:分析离子色谱检测仪测定生活饮用水中亚硝酸盐氮的效果。方法:在实验室2018年1月~2019年12月随机抽取的生活饮用水作为实验样本,对所有样本均采用离子色谱检测仪检测其中的亚硝酸盐氮,通过色谱柱对淋洗液的反应,观察分析离子色谱检测仪同时测定生活饮用水中亚硝酸盐氮的效果。结果:在经离子色谱检测仪检测后,饮用水样本中的亚硝酸盐氮在0.01~5mg/L,线性方程为y=10.72,x=0.027,r=0.999,检出限为0.12μg/L。结论:离子色谱检测仪检测法对生活饮用水中亚硝酸盐氮具有较好的检测效果,准确度较高,并且检测受到的影响较少,具有极高的应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the effect of ion chromatographic detector on the determination of nitrite nitrogen in drinking water.Methods:In the laboratory during January 2018 to December 2019 randomly selected as the experimental sample for drinking water,for all samples by ion chromatography detector to detect the nitrite nitrogen,by the reaction of chromatographic column of eluent,analyze the ion chromatographic detector simultaneous determination of nitrite nitrogen effect.Results:The nitrite nitrogen in drinking water samples was 0.01-5mg/L,the linear equation was y=10.72,x=0.027,r=0.999,and the detection limit was 0.12μg/L.Conclusion:The ion chromatographic detector has a good effect on the detection of nitrite nitrogen in drinking water,with high accuracy and less influence on the detection,which has a very high application value.
